1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Custom-made or altered sarees are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact us at contact@sabyasilks.com or via WhatsApp at +91 7093273076 with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
- Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address.
3. Shipping for Returns
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product is unavailable, you can opt for a refund or store credit.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
7. Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards, discounted items, and items purchased during sales are final sale and not eligible for returns.
